    O.K thanks for all those suggestions.
    I'm going to role the dice and keep the rock as is for now. The chemical levels are testing out fine and I don't plan on stocking the tank any time soon (maybe some lil'fish to help the cycle). I will let it continue to cycle and give the bio-balls some life. Then I think I will add some real LIVE rock to the system and take it from there. Let you know how it turns out and will post some pics along the way.

    I have LR that I have kept in a 5 gallon bucket with a powerhead going for about a month. I am thinking I can still consider this LR and put it in a tank. I am probably going to add it in about two weeks....
