    Does anyone know the difference between Hippo tangs that come from the Indo-pacific vs, fiji or Solomon? they all seem to be the same price just was not sure if maybe one was hardier then the other.

    The MAIN difference is the Hippos that come from the Red Sea as they have a YELLOW belly.
    They don't have other geological color morphs aside from that.
    Location many times will determine price do to travel/shipping costs as well as certain locales are known for better collection and shipping practices.

    Hippos are always a gamble as they get ick if you look at them wrong and are a prime canidate for HLLE.
