I bought pulsing xenias for my 10 gallon reef today and when i put the coral in my tank, i noticed there were about 3-4 brittle stars about the size of a quarter under the rock it came in. I know that brittle stars get quite big and wonder if 4 full grown brittle stars would be too much for a 10 gallon reef. What should i do?

Those are most likely as large as they will get. If you are lucky they will reproduce to the detritus load you have. Good guys for your clean up crew. congrats
