Hitchhike SPS, Help Identify

    All it takes is a piece the size of a grain of rice to start growing somewhere else. I fragged my pocillipora and a tiny piece landed on my clams shell and started growing.

    This happens to me all the time. Frag a coral. Small piece floats then lands and starts growing.

    I'm guessing thats how it got on my piece of LR in the first place.

    Its not necessarily that it wasn't there ... but it was too small to notice ... one day I saw this little pink lump ... thought it might be bad whatever it was ... slowly branches started forming ... and now its about the size of a tennis ball.

    Definitely fraggable size already ... probably 15 branches at about 3" or so in length

    what is an lps and an sps and how do you frag??
