Okay, so i woke up this morning and turned my aquarium lights on... and there were about 7 little bugs crawling around my liverock! At first i thought they were little shrimp, but they were grey. here's a description.

They are no longer then .5"
They have around 6 legs (couldn't count them)
    They move really fast
They go in and out of my cyanobacteria and holes in the rock
    They have beady eyes
They kind of look like centipedes
    There's about 7 of them

Okay, if you can ID this, i'd be really happy. I couldn't take any pics, they move to fast and are too small. They aren't bristleworms for sure and this is the first time i've seen them.

because they eat every thing that will most likely mess up your params, they keep the sand moving and if like you have a fuge or sump one of those areas could be breeding grounds and they will populate in massive numbers in your tank creating benifical food for your fish almost everything eats them.

that sounds like it could be a pod but at .5 inches, that would be an amphipod vs a copepod

Copepods are almost invisible. They are little tiny white specks that you won't be able to see unless they are on your glass.

Amphipods look like roly-pollies or pill bugs and can get as big as a half inch

Isopods (contrary to popular belief, only some isopods are bad) can range in size from the size of a copepod to something like this bad boy
