    Hi all
    Had a few freshwater tanks and am now into saltwater. We have a 55 gallon tank that has been running for a few months now. Just after we started the cycle, a friend who was moving gave us a ton of mushrooms, polyps, corals etc that actually did realy well for a few weeks. We upgraded the to a wetdry filter with skimmer that unkown to me, my young son had used kitchen cleaner to clean while I was gone. Everything in the tank soon died or was near death within a few days of firing the new filter up. We are now in recovery mode with a few fish that are doing great. Also have a good cleanup crew that is very active. Our next upgrade will be lighting since we still have the original 2 T8's only.
