hmm which is better more bulbs or better reflector?

just wondering wats best 4 bulb t5 fixture with individual reflectors for each bulb OR a 6 bulb fixture with one reflector for all?

 

individual reflectors are by far superior to just one.

 

id take a 4 bulb with slrs over a 6 bulb with one large reflector. BUT you can always add slrs to the 6 bulb, they do sell the kits to add on to fixtures.


IMO get a tek light and call it a day

wats a tek light?? i have anothe rpost about mh's but no one responded to my pendent problem. Adding individual reflectors later on is a big no , we're not very hand with tools or anything like that.
*sigh* lol i'll just buy the petstore guy guides us to. lol i give up.

 

What fixtures are you talking about tadpole? Why are you giving up? Tek is a type of T5 fixture, its what the other posters were assuming you were talking about...

 

i'm just really confused.



i guess i'll just go with 4 bulbs with the slrs are better then the 6 bulb.
