    Hey guys:

Just got a mushroom rock and zoa rock today. On the rocks there are some weird things I've never seen before, 1 cool, 1...just awkward.

Anyways, the awkward thing is a green ball, I'm not sure if it's good or bad.

The thing I do like looks as though it may be a coral, but I'm not sure.

Attached are pics! Let me know! Thanks!;D;D

P.S. I took the pics on my phone so sorry for the bad quality!

I need a closer picture to ID the coral in the first two pics

The 3rd pic is bubble algae. Gently twist the bubble until the stem breaks. You don't want to pop the bubble.

The green ball looks like bubble algae- bad. See "the Ultimate Nuisance Algae" thread under the Algae forum. Needs to be sucked up whole or it will spread. See if you can get a better picture of it, maybe some others will chime in.
(sorry Inwall, we were posting at the same time!)

it makes them spread by releasing spores.

They have to be sexually mature when popped for the gametes to spread. However, that's not always easy to determine.
