HOB Filter Change While Cyciling

    So My tank has been cycling for a month and it appears my ammonia and nitrites are gone. This leads to my question, should I remove my carbon bag in my filter and replace it now, or after I have something in there?

    Leave the carbon in there, i replace my carbon bag at the end of 3 weeks every month. You can put some phosguard back there or some cheato algae and a small light once your tank gets a little older(About a month or two old).
