hob fuge

    can i use a hob filter as a hob fuge? it will go on my 40 breeder reef.

    i think you can if
    the flow is steady
    the fuge has light
    the fuge is big enough

    but im not sure, id be worried about the propeller powering the filter

    i dont know if i did it right i just filled a hob filter that has an adjustable flow with live rock and a handfull of crushed coral. im usinging a 2nd hob filter for my carbon.
