With shipping hubby would pay about 40 dollars for 5 gallons. When he does his own kit it is cheaper, I'm not sure how much cheaper though...

 

What about initial setup cost??

 

Your basic kit is about 60 dollars.. it goes up from there. Depending how in depth you want to go..

Awesome, I think I may get into this. I enjoy dark beers, like Guinness, Newcastle, etc. If I can make a few gallons for the price of one 12 pack, that a good return on the initial kit!

WOAH, hold on there partner. This sounds like you are switching hobbies for time reasons... because if you are adding a hobby that will only hurt the time you have available... and that would just plain suck for us that enjoy your pic updates!

Of course, you were probably just being a bit sarcastic and I'm overreacting :;D
