Hey all, I got some new frags last night one of which is this little guy. It's about 2" tall and the stalk looks like that of a colt or kenya tree. It is light reddish in color and has about 25-30 little polyps. It still doesn't seem to be fully open. Thanks

Thanks Seano. It seems a little small to be a colt though. Do colts normally have that many polyps when it's only 2" tall?

Looks like some type of xenia to me, but I can't really see it all that well.

Is that similar to a Xenia? The polyps on this are very small. maybe it's not open all the way yet. Thanks for your input!

I believe it is a type of Xenia. Kacy should know that though.

It does resemble a xenia of some sort. I guess we'll see what happens when it better acclimates. I just got it last night. Thanks again guys!

Blue cesp is a type of xenia. To me the polyps on yours look a bit different than blue cesp. But again, I can't see it too well. But it does look like some type of xenia.

Wait until it fully opens and post another picture. Maybe we will be able to see it better that way!
