Horrible LFS!!!

I went to another LFS out of my way b/c they had a gobies that my usually fs did not. In every tank fish were leaning against wall laying on their sides, bony, etc. It was so sad. One fish I even touched before it decided to scoot a few inches. I got one that actually swam when it saw me. I hope it survives & I get it a better life. There is so much more a/b this place but I'll spare u my other thoughts. I rather hear from y'all out there.
Do any of you have a fish store that looks like a pet slum?

 

there is a couple around me that are horrible. i went in once and never went back.
ill give my buisness to the store that keeps everything nice and clean and healthy fish.

that store shows that store could care less about the health of there fish. they just want your money.

 

Considering Foster and Smith, and Petco's are really the only local things here... Its pretty decent, Our nearest petco is OK... But a few of the others surrounding it are not so good.

But Fosters and Smith Need I say more! LOL.

 

+1 to not going back to a store that doesn't take care of its livestock!

 

I got lucky my local mom and pop shop, keep there tanks nice! And they dont try to take my money, I pretty much give it to them. but the local petco is another story. Fact is i have never been into a Petco with a decent looking fish wall, I dont even want to talk about their marine fish...
