Horseshoe Crab

LOL I had one the size of a dime in my tank for about 1 week then it died

the fish store dosent give return store credit and charges to take some fish back up to $25.00 per fish, because they dont have the room for it and most licke'ly will turn around and sell it for full price but that my LFS and if I got a dollar for the stuff I would tank it back.

I am curious to know though how big was the tank it was/now in and how long did it live there?

 

It was less than an inch back in February, now its a little more than 2.5".

I can't remember the name of the store, but it was while on vacation in South Florida.

Also, just for the record, I did know that he would one day out grow my tank. I just didn't know it would be so fast. I never came across their growth rate while researching and questioning friends that have owned them. What makes matters worse is that I cannot upgrade my tank at the moment. Big Army says relocate, so I'm trying to start up a pico tank (Ecopico) to be able to easily take it around with me.

Currently I have a 55gal with about a 35gal custom sump. Before I got my orders to move, I was going to make a custom 250 (which would have been fine for the Horseshoe crab, if only for a while longer).
