My 90g is absolutely infested with pods, now that my fish have been absent in quarantine for the past 4 weeks. Most of the pods are tiny, but I am seeing some that are about 4-5mm long (not sure what that works out to in fractions of an inch). They look like a cross between white-ish earwigs and potato-bugs. Does this still sound like pods, or is this some other kind of sea bug?

What you are describing sounds like full grown copepods.

**I meant amphipods....their the big ones.

Those sound like amphipods. If you go into the second page of the tank pictures section and look for one that says "New Pics :)" by me you will see my pics.

I have some pod's in my tank but have no idea what kind they are, They are dark brown with light tan stripes across their back and are not able to swim but crawl around and I have seen them up to 1/4 of an inch. When one dies he wind's up in the tank current but the fish will not eat them? I have saw them in my Bubble Coral, other than that they do not go around any of the other coral's....Hopefully they are harmless....Everything seem's fine so far. If you can trap a larger one and see if it can roll up like a doodle bug if it can they are good to have if not they could present a problem....(not sure if thats true just another legend I heard) GoodLuck....
