I was looking at glass holes 700 gph overflow for a 75 gall tank. Would that be big enough? They make a 1500 gph that I thought may be better. I know I don't need 1500 gph for a 75 but the 300 gph overflow on my 29 is maxed out and I wish it was bigger. Any body use these?

That should be fine. You should run no more than 10 times your sump's volume through the sump.
