    i have a Fish store here in middle East and i hope to import corals and fishes as well but i dont know how to ...any advice :-/

    Middle east of what? there may be laws against such if your in a different country your gonna have to look at.

    You need to start by checking the export laws of your country. Then you'll need to check the import laws of all the countries you want to export to. I would start with a government office in your home country.
