It's up to you if you want to quarentine the fish first. If the fish is active and has no spots on it in the LFS, then it should be ok. You will float the bag with the fish in it for 15 mins. Then you will open the bag and pour out half of the water in the bag. Take a coffee cup of water out of your tank, and pour in about 1/4 of the cup in the bag. Let the bag continue to float with the top of the bag hanging over the side to keep it still. Every 15 mins add another 1/4 of the cup. When all of the water in your cup has been put in the bag 1hr. let it float for 15 more mins. Then get the fish out with your net and let it go in the tank. Remember to cover the net with your hand, so the fish doesn't jump out of the net.
There is a way to do it with a air line, but I don't know that way.

agreed link the only thing i would do diffrent is float with out the lights on and add water in 30 min incremnts insted of 15 just to be on the safe side. also look into a hospital tank just in case of an ich outbreak or to treat an injured fish just my exp.
