How do I know if I have Pods in my tank

    Ah well, I'm talking about the ones in the fuge. Once we put fish in the tank, the pod party that was going on up there has all but disappeared, tho I did see one tonight while I was feeding the fish. The cardinals are quite the pod hunters.

    How long should I leave my chaeto in my fuge to let the pods multiply before putting them in the DT

    My pods aren't shy either! It looks like my sand is moving LOL

    Some might get sucked into the DT tank :)

    They can survive through the return pumps into the tank?

    Yes they can
    not saying all of them do, but plenty of them do survive that journey
