I have a 125 drilled, one hole in both corners on the bottom of the tank

I need some help (pics would be great!) for how I should run the pipes? Do I make both corners overflows and then run another line up the back for a return or is there a better way I should be doing this?

Thanks, sorry if this is a dumb question :-[ I'm new to this and we're upgrading (quickest upgrade ever btw, I think we're only 2 months into the 65g lol) and for the 65 we used an hob overflow so this is all new

I would use them both as an overflow and have the returns go over the back if I were doing it. It's hard to give you a picture until we know what you are doing for filtration. Sump, wet-dry, fuge, etc.?

I would run both over flows independently to the 2 filter socks. Then one return over the back of the tank

Same as Jason said, when you run your return line run it up the middle and split it with 2 flex outlets
You will get good surface agitation that way so you do not "skim" up on the top of the water
