How do I remove a anemone from my tank?

Just as the title says, My BT nem split and I'm looking to remove the second one from my tank. I cant break the rock work so what other methods are there?

 

• Putting ice on the foot of it will get it to release
• Using a power head or turkey baster to blast water at the foot
• Use a dull piece of plastic -credit card, plastic spoon, etc. to slow work your way underneath the foot

Whatever you choose, it will most likely be a slow process about 15-20 min.
