How do I seed refugium

    Well my clowns eat the flake and pellet food but my firefish never eats it. So its mainly for him...

    Don't think he'll take pods... Try some mysis or brine

    Try some frozen mysis or frozen mixed seafood. It will float in the water column better and allow the shy fire fish to grab some pieces. Once he catches on he will be a more enthusiastic eater.

    Alright ill try that but is there any dry food that I can feed it too?

    Usually if you mix all three together ( pellets, flake and frozen) they will start to take all three.

    I mix all three together and use a turkey baster and add small amounts every couple minutes.

    I feed flake everyday a small amount and pellets and frozen every three days.

    Fire fish are just shy and need to build up the courage to eat with the clowns.

    Sometimes it depends on the fish. My firefish didn't really hide until I turned the lights off; he was out all the time.
