How do the Pods get back into the DT?

    I just bought an AquaFuge HOB Refugium with light fixture. I will add a DSB and Cheato to my fuge. I will also add a package of reef pods to this. I wanted to provide a safe place for my pods to populate, but my question is how do they make it back into my DT as a food source? are they sucked in by the return and blasted back into the DT?

    The water flowthrough the fuge should be real slow so the won't exactly be blasted into the DT but they WILL get there.
