How do we feel about this product?

    i like the idea, however, id like to try hooking up 2 6way power strips to it and see how many powerheads i could mount under its power on each side...

    Interesting idea. I only need it for two korilias. But they also have a four PH model too. What Im really wondering is if it slows one power head or shuts if off completly while the other is running.

    If you read some reviews, some are really negative. Some claim that this wavemaker has burned out their powerheads by not having a soft start. There is a new Koralia DC powered system that is controllable that is supposed to be really nice.

    Turns it off completely. You really only want to use it with Maxijets

    It is VERY nice but there is a substantial price difference and you have to buy the DC Korallias too. It's not backwards compatible.

    This is because you can NOT use regular Koralia's with wavemakers. They will burn up. Even states it in any Koralia manual.
    If you want to run koralia's with a wavemaker, you have to buy the 12V koralia's, and run them with their specific wavemaker.
