How do you guys get your awesome pics?

If your using a dslr put the setting on Aperture (A) and then use manual focus insted of auto, that should capture it just right.

 

Ok so heres a few i snapped before my battery died...i think the tripod made a huge difference...i didnt even clean the glass or shut down the pumps so i think just the pod by itself made a big improvement...sorry about the sand everywhere...i have a sandsifter goby so therefor sand is always flying everywhere lol

these guys magically showed up when i moved some rock around...some are turning a bright green so i consider them a sweet find! speaking of which how do you guys get your flourescent night shots...nothing ever shows up on my camera, it looks like i am just taking pics of the moon lights...
