How do you hang a light fixture?

cool thanks, that doesn't look to hard. how are you able to adjust the height of the light?

 

The part closest to the light unscrews a little then you push down and pull the cable threw until you get the height you wont. It sounds confusing until you have the cables in your hand.

 

also, are you able to purchase the items needed for hanging the light at a hardware store? i'm trying to go cheap right now as i really can't afford anything else at the moment

I bought the bolts and covers at lowes and hanging kit from Aquacave but a quick ebay search has the whole thing cheap here

 

$36 is a lot better than $90 i still don't have the room on the credit card, but that's not bad at all

 

Made me sick. I think I paid twice that for mine. Oh well pays to shop :-/
