Spectrapure is easily the best hands down, no other vendor hand tests and guarantees their membrane performance in writing period, no one. No other vendor custom blends every ounce of their DI resins based on thousands of hours or bench and real world beta testing, again no one.
No other vendor uses 0.5 micron absolute rate prefilters and 0.5 micron near absolute rated carbon blocks. Only one other vendor I would trust uses the much better capillary tube flow restrictors.

All these add up to a superior system and its even better when they are on sale for $100 off directly from the manufacturer:
SpectraPure Customer Appreciation SALE! 20% - 50% off

I have owned a Typhoon III personally and there is no comparison in any way shape or form. You can't touch anything like the CSP-DI at $145 complete anywhere else.

k thanks! just one quick thing; you wanna tell me how to use it? Becuase I REALLY need it for my tank once I get it. My tap water has so many nitrates and has created so much algae that I'm thinking of doing about an 80% water change when it arrives. while my fish are in my other tank, I'll be filling it up. So you wanna just give me quick tips on using it?
