    Wow, that's rough for folks who really do get hurt as a direct result of doing their jobs. I can understand the need for being a "right to work state" but I can't imagine how Roger and I would make ends meet if his workman's comp insurance wasn't paying his medical bills and salary.

    Anyhoo, back to the topic at hand. Sharereef: I think that you did everything right and should not feel obligated to the person you sold your corals to if they arrived in the same condition in which they were shipped by you. Unless the person can absolutely prove that his corals have suffered and/or died as a result of something you did, you're off the hook.
