I've been trying to get some ideas on how I should place all the wires from my pumps, lights, and fans. Right now everything is on the floor which isn't safe at all, but I have drip loops. Which wouldn't matter anyway should some water leak onto the floor cause it could go right into the sockets that way.

I was thinking about mounting all my six plug outlets onto the back of the stand.

Here's a pic of my DIY stand and power center before I put the sump/fuge in place.

And of course, the whole shebang should be protected by GFCI. That's a must.

I had done a bunch of outlets with corresponding switches but then got a lighthouse controller and basically dont have any need for them so plan ahead. Also make sure that you dont put the outlets over the water like mine (Trust me they will start corroding)

Im going to enclose boxes so water does not get to them

This one is fine water spray does not get to it.

I'm setting up all the power inside my stand like ReefSparky's setup but mine will just be surge protectors going to a gfci mounted on the wall outlet
