I am mixing up some water change water which unfortunately needed buffering. I dosed the amount I estimate will raise my levels to where I want them. How long should I wait to test it? Over night?

Also should probably say I am using Ocean's Blend 2 part system.

This is buffering is in your water change water? If so, I'd add an air stone and only wait 10 minutes or so.

If it's in you system I'd wait a day like said above

calk and mag a day but for me it can a couple days for alk . and watch moveing alk too fast as always raise anything slow but i have had more issues with raising alk to fast as it can raise naturally and with waterchanges it can take off in a hurry and if you have softies thay may not want to open for a couple days i stay with about 10 ppm kh for 2 days for me . but always your milage may verry just pay atttion to the inhabatance thell let you know
