I have 2x24W T-5, one actinic and the other 10k. I recently got a frogspawn and some zoas. How long do I have to leave the light on for maximum growth?

Should I attempt to feed the frogspawn?

    Thanks,

i would leave the lights on for between 10-12 hrs. if you have the ability to have the actinic on seperately from the ho, id put the actinic on for an hour before the ho , and an hour after it goes out. so 12 hrs for the actinic and 10 for the ho.

unfortunately, i don't have that luxury. they come on and go off at the same time. 10-12 hours sounds good, does it matter that i have 3 clown fishes in there as well?

no thats fine duck. it wont bother the clowns. so go with the 10-12 hrs and all should be good. and i give my spawn some mysis maybe couple times a week. but they will also pick up their nutrients in the current. just not too much flow on them.
