How long until it is safely dry and NOT toxic to the fish?

I need to replace part of my return line in my sump, and I haven't used the stuff on an aquarium application yet:confused:

It'll dry in about 20 minutes. Let it sit for an hour though to be safe.

I let it sit for about 1-2 hours and everything was fine, but also toss in a bag of activated carbon for a day or so after just to be safe
