    Just wanted to get a lil survey of how long everyone leaves their skimmer on, i have been told to only run it 3-4 days a week, i run mine 24/7 wanted to see if anyone else does.

    I have never heard of running the skimmer only at certain times.

    I let the tank run about 6 months skimmerless, then it has been on 24/7
