I have a 90g FOWLR and I have one lion, one yellow tang, one spotted grouper, lipstick tang, porcupine puffer, foxface, huma huma trigger. They all are "medium" in size I'd say....all are about 3-4". All are doing very well and seem happy.

Is this about as many as I should add....?????

I'm going give the Panther grouper back to my LFS. But I've seen people on youtube with WAAAAY more fish in their 90g tanks.....but that doesn't make it right. Just saying.

its not just the number of fish its the size as they grow they will increase the bioload in your tank. If you wanna have a successful tank i would get rid of some the fish. the grouper, lion and puffer have a huge bioload. You could have that amount of fish just they have to be smaller. maybe some more tangs and wrasse

IMO, you already have nearly double what you should, and some of those have no business being in a 90gal at all.

Exactly, it doesn't make it right.

You also have to take into consideration not just bioload but what areas these fish occupy if you want any kind of harmony in the tank.

Wise choice, you and hopefully the fish will be happier in the long run. That arrangement of fish can only lead to disaster.
