Man slow down your over feeding. I have more live stock tnan that, and I only feed 1 cube every night, and might skip a day every so often, and slow down on the seaweed too. that much should last you 3-5 days. Mix up the cube stuff too, mysis shrimp, veggie cubes too, bloodworms.

Variation is the best thing for the fish. Mix the cubes up like New Reefer said.

    What kind of starfish?

You could feed one cube of a variety every other day and they will be fine. Maybe add nori on the off feeding days.

It's a serpent star. Their scavengers but they could use some meaty foods once or twice a week. Just make sure they eat it.

Also, I'd probably keep that thing fed. Their pretty cool, but I have seen a few that were pretty damn good hunters. They would perch on rocks in an area where fish would swim under, and try to drop down on them to take them out and eat them o_O

ok glad to know i dont feed him then. I thought he was starving

btw my cel level was 1.025 and guy at LFS said it needed to be 1.022 so he told me to buy this iodine thing for the bottled water and use a buffer to get the ph right. hope it worked :( Was I supposed to add the whole gallon of water at once ? I did but I wish i'd asked on here first. I really want to get these questions answered on my blog
