ok so Im running a 75 gallon reef tank with a couple of Corals that are doing fine under my power compacts but I do want to get into the harder corals and Anenome's so Im currently looking at a t5ho fixture thats running at 216w all together it has 4x54w bulbs 2 white 2 blue and has 4x bluemoon LEDs built in with a built in timer as well anyways is that enough lighting to provide for anything btw its a standard 75 gallon standard dimensions.

Do you have a link to this fixture or any details on what brand it is?

I didnt want to add the link cause of how cheap the price is on it most automatically associate cheap in price with the product being no good but Ill link it anyways.

Now consider the fact that the only question Im asking is if the wattage is good enough the lighting its self not whether or not the casing is cheaply made or whether the fans are good enough to keep it cool cause Im aware of these things and am capable of making modifications on this lighting to bring everything else up to par.

    yeah, i understand

I was only wondering if it was using individual reflectors or not. I dont know enough about t-5 to give you a definitve answer but there is a good chance it will be enough light with much better bulbs being put in shortly after getting it.

I'd look at the Ebay TaoTronics LED's ~120W, and the dimmable version.

I love my non dimmable verision.

    I went from 4 x 96W PC's, each 36in. to these LED's.

That fixture will be okay. But you'll spend more modifying it than just buying a better one.
