I have the media basket/fuge combo thing from InTank so my fuge is in the 2nd chamber, I'm sure you all know how that is, anyway how much chaeto should I put in the fuge area to start and how often do I need to cut it down if I even need to? I have no idea, and thanks for any help;D If anyone says just throw a ball of it in there how much is that about a 1/4lb or more?? Thanks again

Yeah a 1/4 lb would be good.

Good question on the mini. I have not heard of anyone doing that. Hopefully some one has and will chime in.

I haven't heard of that light, but as far as the cheato goes, you don't need much. The key to a good fuge is not the amount of macro you have in it. It's the amount of surface area where the light is hitting the macro. The best way to stock a fuge is to pull the chaeto apart so it will be thinly spread across the entire surface of the fuge. This will give you the most growth and therefore the most nutrient export. When the fuge starts to fill in, just pull it all out and put enough in to again cover the surface of the water.
