How much flow??

    I need to add more circulation to my 56 column. What is the ideal rate for FOWLR?? Is there a guide out there?? Thanks

    Not really a guide out there. For fowlr you just need to keep the water moving. It's not too scientific. Just enough to keep food and waste in the water column long enough for it to be picked up by the filtration.

    It kinda depends on which fish you keep as well...some fish do better with less flow, others don't mind a fair amount. However, other than that, you'll want to do what has already been mentioned.

    Generally speaking if you want a "number", 10x min is about as low as I'd go, even for SH.
