I currently have 3 small chromis and a flame angel. I've been using a variety pack of frozen cubes. How much of a cube and how often should I feed? Should I split it up and feed a little in the morning then again at night?

Best way to tell if they are getting enough is to see if they loose interest. To do so you never want to put entire portion in the water at once. I usually melt the cube in the cup of tank water and let everything cum up to temp. Then feed a little at a time with a teaspon and wait for them to eat 75%+ of what I put in the tank. If they do, i add a little more. Eventually they loose interest.

For just 4 fish like this, I would estiamte you needing about a half a cube a day if you're suplementing with a few flakes here or there or something like cyclopeze. You could either feed entire half once a day, or do quarter in the am and quarter in the pm. Try my suggestion and you'll know how much to feed.

Key here is not to have too much uneaten food left in the tank, settling somehwere. Unless you have a very nice clean up crew.

    My fav food mix:
    - Half a cube of angel/butterfly frozen food (has shrimp, sponges, and buncha other good stuff)
    - Cyclopeeze (cut from the frozen bar, same size chip as half a cube above)
    - 2 drops of garlic extreme
    - 2 drops of selcon
