probably like 30 pounds of live sand......

and you could do like 30 pounds or so of live rock, when i had a 29 set up i put 50 pounds in there and it looked really nice.

According to the specs of 1lb per gallon,
30 lbs or LR and 30 lbs or sand will do just fine.

Make sure the sand isn't too deep inyour setup, no more than 2" I say. Witht the LR, make sure the pieces are small cause it is deceiving at the store.

Save the money on the sand and get regular substrate sand, not the fancy live sand.

I have thrown away too much money to admit on the "Live" products

some say you dont even need live sand.but i personally like the look of at least a 3 inch or 4 inch sand bed.

with reefing you are going to get 10-20 different answers for one question. none are going to be right or wrong. there is no specific way to do things. use your good judgment and read ALOT and ask alot of questions on here.
just start trying things if it works then keep doing it, if not then change it up. good luck!

I'd go w/ a 20lb. bag of LS, and anywhere from 20-35lbs. LR

depends what you think looks good.
