What ratio of vinegar to water should I use for cleaning a sump, skimmer, power heads ect? I am just going to let everything soak.

The stronger you mix it the less time it will take, which also depends how badly the stuff needs to be cleaned, if you have a quarter inch of coralline I would mix it as strong as possible, for example. I don't think there's a set ratio really. I don't ever mix it less than maybe 15-25% vinegar though.

when I clean my power heads and such, I use straight vinegar. Let it soak for a while and it all comes off.
