how often do emerald crabs molt?

    I have a porcelain crab who molts once every 3 weeks or so. Cleaner shrimp molts regularly, as well as my pistol shrimp. My emeral crab how ever has not molted in the 3 months i have had her. I am just wondering if it ever will. it is getting pretty nasty looking covered in algae

    Every invertabrate will molt as it needs to. There is no set timing. It is just when it needs to. Depentant on how much it eats and grows. Give it time and it will.
