How often do I feed them

I just recently got a couple frags for 5 bucks so I couldn't pass then up. i was looking for some guidance on feeding. One is gonipora and the other is a ricordea. Any help is good help. Thanks

dont worry about ricordea. the gonio....what color is it? theyre extremely hard to keep maybe ill spark this thread but survival rate is not goooood no matter what. I had an apparently easier species to take care of, alveopora, fragged it for a friend, and months later they both died in seperate tanks at exactly the same time. we cared for each of ours differently.

 

Its light green. Yeah this thing sucks to have. It won't even come out now. Its looked like this for about 5 days nowand ive done just about everything to make it happy......... Lame sauce. But I have a whiskers coral, trumpet and a kenya tree now too! Pretty stoked on them.

 

I am a huge advocate of feeding my SPS and LPS corals. I alternate feeding Tropic Marin Pro Coral Phyton and Pro Coral Zooton 1 time per week for the sps and thawed/rinsed mysis for the lps. I have actually noticed a lot of increased polyp extension and growth since I started feeding my SPS corals on a regular basis.

 

so just an update on the goni. its doing great and has been for a while. my tank is actually thriving now with about 8 different kinds coral. I love it!! i have been feeding them about once a week and i think they like that.
