    Fish Crime-Ninja Cop? Would fit all your education and desires. Just imagine..... Seeing some people using chloride compounds to stun fish for capture and Philip_r5 dropping a napalm bomb on their boat from an f16. Then he ejects and while falling drop kicks one of them and spins around and round-house kicks the other....... March 23, 1993 for me........
