nah, they're just annoying. they steal food from corals and fish that i'm trying to spot feed. they bully other fish to death (depending on the fish)

I just overall find them to be a pain and would rather have something less commercial (nemo)

My two clowns are very passive. I have heard they get mean but not so far.

Someone at my LFS told me that they've had their clownfish for over 24 years.

Is the clownfish pretty big? Premium Aquatics had a mated pair for sale a few months ago that had to be over 6" long . The biggest I have ever seen.

My female maroon (Marlin) is almost 6 years old now. Well I had her for 6 years, who knows how old she was when I first bought her. I know she was a boy when I first brought him home, he was about 2" long. She is now close 8". My 3-stripe damsel is just as old, living in the 150 with my lion and puffer.

Our clowns and Pistol Shrimp have been in our tank for 1 year and 1 month now. And our pistol shrimp was pretty stinkin' big when we bought him, there's no telling how old that geezer is. Our clowns were bred here in TN somewhere, but we don't know when they hatched.

My friend has had his clown pair for 5 years now. They first lived in a 10 gallon, and then they made the swap to his 29 reef 3 years ago.
