Hey guys, ive got 2 baby Australian Black and White clowns that I hate in a breeder net setting in the top of my tank. Ide really like to let them go and just roam the tank, but dont know how small is too small? They are both a little over a 1/2 inch in length. I noticed that live aquaria sells them at 3/4 inch, but was just curious. The breeder net gets very dirty very fast, and I cant net them back out of there, so was just going to let them go into the tank.

Would you be putting them in your 125? What other fish or inverts do you have?

they are in the 125. I had to clean the breeder net, it was nasty!!! They are swimming at the top on the one end. The fish that are currently in there are:
    7 blue/green chromis
    4 Purple Queen Anthias
    1 Diamond Watchman Goby
1 3 stripe Damsel (has his own area he hangs out in)
    1 Coral Beauty Angel
Then have some dwarf ceriths, nerites, and a cleaner shrimp.

I think they should be ok, the damsels may be trouble but again they could be fine, especially in a tank that size.

i got em back in the breeder after i cleaned it out. Just swooshed em towards it and scooped em up. Ill keep them in there for another month or so I assume. They were spending alot of energy trying to swim against all the flow from the maxi mods

The ocean isn't too big for baby clownfish

    Neither is a 125

    Let them go in there.
