    Since I live in Europe now... but might re-locate back to the states in a year or so, I don't have a paypal account and I was wondering whether there is any other way to submit the yearly fee????:confused:

    I cant see any Avatar Pelado

    Pay pal is easy to set up and you can take it with you when you move
    I have used the same Pay Pal account from the UK and from China
