As stupid as the whole scenario sounds, he came out of his hole and began to follow my shrimp on a string, (As suggested by Triton's Garden, thank you) until it got about 1/2 way up. He then realized that something was up and shot back down, right into the Coke bottle trap, Ha. Either way, I caught the little bugger and he is now safety in my daughters tank, and the feather duster is back in my tank. Hopefully to not be molested any longer.

    Thanks all for the help.

peaceful, maybe but cleaner/skunk shrimp are more adventurous. everyone will have different experiences when it comes to the behaviours of most shrimps.

my experience with them have been such to never trust a fire/peppermint/cleaner shrimps in a tank with feather dusters. their pinchers are made nice and long so they can get into crevices and holes most cant. ive owned all ive listed and during those times i have always lost feather dusters of all sizes. even the ones i had as hitchikers on live rock. now i have no shrimp and i got a tank full of feather dusters and hard tube worms. and the population of tiny feather dusters are begining to rise. again only one persons experience here.

plus they make feeding corals so much harder. zoas to close as they stomp everywhere carelessly.

but dont let me stop you from what you want. take this info with a grain of salt and make your judgement
