how to close / seal 1/2" hole in acrylic sump?

    tried gum but it got into the main tank and my tang ate it. after that, he blew a bubble and trapped my anthias. they then proceeded to float to the top and my clowns played soccer for a while.

    so after the bubbles popped and the skimmer picked it up i decided to use a nylon bolt and nut with neoprene washers courtesy of home of pot and it worked perfectly.
