I'm trying to figure out what size of return pump I need for my system.

    I have a Marineland 200 gal DD & a 50 gal sump/fuge.

I'm going to get the ATB-1050A with the Airstar pump. So I'm trying to determine what I need for a return pump.

I've been looking at the ReeFlo HammerHead.

Will this work? Anything I need to consider, or any good threads anyone could point out?

    Thanks

As long as your overflow supports it. Your flow will be equal to the amount of the gph your pump produces after determining reduction per feet of head in your return pipe. This is usually printed on the box somewhere with most pumps. So the pump you choose depends on how much flow you want coming from your return and how you plan on dispersing it through the display and if you want to use it solely for all of your water movement. If its just for filtration then I would go with a smaller return pump and other controllable devices for water movement through the DT
